Overview

Sovereign Systemica LLC (“Sovereign Systemica,” “SS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) treats privacy as an operational boundary, not a branding claim.

Sovereign Systemica is a holding and governance entity. We do not operate consumer-facing platforms, do not track individuals, and do not build behavioral profiles.

Our role is to define system standards that ensure affiliated operating companies (“OpCos”) can function without unnecessary data collection.

What We Do Not Collect

Sovereign Systemica does not collect, store, analyze, or sell:

• Personal data tied to identifiable individuals
• Patient names or contact information
• Medical records or diagnoses
• Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Cross-site or cross-service behavioral data
• Individual-level analytics

We are not:

• A data broker
• An analytics platform
• A CRM provider
• A surveillance or profiling entity

What We May Receive (Limited, Non-Personal)

In order to provide governance, billing coordination, and compliance oversight, Sovereign Systemica may receive high-level, non-personal operational summaries from affiliated OpCos, such as:

• Aggregated performance totals
• Billing confirmations
• Compliance status indicators
• System-level usage metrics

This information is:

• Aggregated
• Anonymized
• Non-identifying
• Not traceable to individuals

Sovereign Systemica does not receive raw customer, patient, or end-user data.

Operating Companies & Data Handling

All execution-level data handling occurs only within the relevant OpCo.

Each OpCo:

• Maintains its own Privacy Policy
• Defines its own data boundaries
• Is responsible for its own regulatory compliance

Sovereign Systemica does not access OpCo databases, logs, call records, or customer systems.

Health Data & HIPAA Position

Sovereign Systemica is structured to avoid exposure to PHI entirely.

Accordingly:

• We do not access patient records
• We do not store health information
• We do not operate as a covered entity
• We do not operate as a business associate

Our governance framework is designed to remain outside regulated health data flows by default.

Data Sharing

Sovereign Systemica does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize data.

Any limited operational data shared within the system exists solely for:

• Contract administration
• Billing coordination
• Compliance enforcement

No data is authorized for independent third-party use beyond these purposes.

Cookies & Website Interaction

Sovereign Systemica websites may use basic, functional cookies necessary for:

• Site security
• Page rendering
• Abuse prevention

We do not use cookies or scripts to:

• Track users across sites
• Build user profiles
• Serve personalized advertising

Client & Partner Responsibility

Clients and partners remain fully responsible for:

• Their own customer or patient data
• Their internal systems and workflows
• Regulatory compliance within their operations

Sovereign Systemica does not manage, process, or store third-party personal data on their behalf.
