Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Precision Pixel Promotions (“PPP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), submitting a qualification request, or entering into a service agreement, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with our services.

Scope of Services

Precision Pixel Promotions provides paid advertising services focused on call-driven acquisition for dental and healthcare practices.

Our scope is limited to:

  • Campaign setup and management

  • Paid advertising execution

  • Call tracking oversight

  • Performance reporting based on verified signals

We do not provide:

  • Business consulting or coaching

  • Operational fixes or staff training

  • Practice management services

  • Guaranteed outcomes or revenue promises

Advertising creates opportunity, not results. Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

Qualification & Eligibility

Services are offered only to practices that meet our qualification criteria.

Minimum requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • A minimum advertising budget of $3,000 per month per location

  • Operational capacity to receive and handle inbound calls

  • Willingness to operate within defined scope and reporting standards

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at any time if criteria are not met.

Fees & Payment Terms

Implementation Fees

Clients may be required to pay a one-time implementation fee prior to campaign launch.

  • Standard Implementation: $1,000

  • Risk-Backed Implementation: $2,000 (includes performance protection as defined in the service agreement)

Implementation fees cover setup, configuration, and deployment of advertising systems.

Ongoing Management Fees

  • Management fee: 40% of monthly advertising spend

  • Fees are calculated monthly and billed in advance unless otherwise specified

There are no tiers, add-ons, or hidden fees.

Performance Bonus

When verified performance exceeds our management fees, PPP may earn:

  • 10% of verified surplus, calculated monthly

Performance bonuses are:

  • Earned only when fees are outperformed

  • Based on conservative attribution

  • Calculated using Client-provided Lifetime Value (LTV), which is binding

If performance does not exceed fees, no bonus is earned.

No Guarantees

PPP does not guarantee:

  • Specific call volume

  • Appointment counts

  • Revenue outcomes

  • Return on ad spend

Any performance protection offered applies only as explicitly stated in the applicable service agreement.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information

  • Handling inbound calls and appointments

  • Maintaining operational readiness

  • Ensuring internal compliance with applicable laws and regulations

PPP does not control client staff, operations, or patient interactions.

Privacy & Data Handling

PPP does not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI).

Performance measurement is conducted using aggregated, anonymized, event-based signals only.

Term & Termination

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the service agreement.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding fees remain payable

  • Active campaigns may be paused or deactivated

  • Access to reporting tools may be discontinued

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PPP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by Client to PPP in the three (3) months preceding the claim

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PPP from claims arising from:

  • Client operations

  • Misrepresentation of services

  • Failure to comply with applicable laws

  • Use of advertising content supplied or approved by Client

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Wisconsin.

Modifications

PPP may update these Terms from time to time.

The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Closing

These Terms exist to protect clarity, accountability, and alignment.

If any part of this agreement does not align with your expectations, we encourage you not to proceed.
